Why and what for?
You want to stand out! Advertise your property, be it a little flat you would like to rent out as a holiday unit, or you have a beautiful Guesthouse, Guestfarm, Lodge or Bed & Breakfast. You want your potential guest to feel at home, to immediately want to stay there and nowhere else! That's where I come in. I want to create amazing images to showcase the paradise you established and help you boost your bookings by advertising with stylish, creative, attractive images of your estate, in the best possible way.
Its all in the detail
I do not just show up and do everything in half an hour. No, I will be there for a while and get the feel of the surrounding, make sure I do not miss the little details that make your place so amazing.
This includes, taking pictures of the surrounding area, the trees, the flowers, the landscape. It includes the exterior of the house, the rooms, the veranda. Not only during the day, but also at twilight/ in the evening. This particularly sets the mood of the place. It includes the interior, the food and the drinks you offer. Your place is beautiful, it deserves all the attention.
Exterior
The images of the exterior is one of the most vital. This is the make or break of everything. It needs to look inviting, friendly, interesting, neat, clean, modern, stylish, appealing. So, when I get there, I make sure, it is tidied up at the front, no cars are in the way and it is being photographed at the right time of the day. Mixing in a variety of different angles will also make a huge impact on how the images appeal to you and your potential guests/clients. Adding a bit of creativity is what I enjoy the most.
Interior
In the age of Instagram, it’s not an overstatement to say that killer interior design photography is a requisite for all your advertising ideas. The person browsing through your Facebook page, Instagram posts and website wants to feel your place, wants to know if they book this room, apartment or stay, that they will feel safe and looked after. Everyone loves detail, the details that you put there from your heart. So go the extra mile and put a big bowl of fresh fruits on the table, or put a lovely bunch of flowers next to the bed, or arrange some beautiful green plants in the rooms. Let's make sure they see all those things right from the beginning.
Food
This is definitely something that should not be overlooked when advertising your services. Food is important. You eat with your eyes. Good food charms everyone.
Make sure if you offer breakfast, lunch or dinner that I get one of your main courses in the pictures. Let's put some effort into this, you will see, it will pay off!
Activities
One thing that a lot of people forget is how important activities are. Just showing that there is a pool, or cycling options will help you get the right guests to your doorstep. And this includes the animals you might have, or the braai you offer, or the exquisite scenery that people can enjoy by foot. The possibilities are endless.
