Annika contacted me a week before her due date. She never thought of having maternity photos taken, but her family and friends convinced her that it is definitely worth it!
So we scheduled the only available date I had, and as the day came, it started pouring! It rained cats and dogs while we were driving to the location. We sat in the car for 20 minutes and were about to cancel the shoot. Sad to do so, we decided to wait another 10 minutes. Glad we did! Sun rays started coming through the clouds, rain turned into only a few droplets and the light was just perfect.
Fast forward to today, Annika gave birth to a healthy, little baby girl and ,in retrospect, is glad she still did the photoshoot with her beautiful belly.
