A dream holiday destination
I absolutely love this Air BnB apartment in Swakopmund. And the best part of it: It is literally just a few meters from the ocean! So, as you can imagine, it was pure joy for me to photograph this neat, modern and stylish place that people can call their holiday home for a few days or weeks.
For some of you, hearing about real estate photography might be surprising. But the truth is, there’s a lot of demand. Especially now that more people are buying and selling houses and especially now where it is of utmost importance to advertise your holiday apartment/unit/lodge/guesthouse on a professional level.
Imagine yourself searching for a suitable place to spend your holiday. What do you have on your “must have” list? Price? Size? Location? The rating of the real estate agent/holiday agency? Perhaps, but these are usually not the first thing that “catches your eye” when you’re scrolling through the internet. Most of the time, you’re going to be drawn to a place with good looking, professional estate photos. Humans are naturally visual creatures. Many of our decisions, perceptions, and judgments are based on what we can actually see. Thus, high-quality images are important in attracting clients to book your apartment for their holiday!
